Reminiscence Collection is inspired by the mark left by the wood stamped in the hot glass, which remains imprinted in the object the same as a reminiscence of the past remains in human memory.
To achieve the design that makes every one of our “Reminiscence” products unique, we use leftovers or found pieces of wood which are then pressed into the hot glass. Every piece of wood is different, every glass bubble unique, combined with the craftsmen’s touch, makes every object, one of a kind.
Just as memories, the imprints left by the wood in the object can be more intense or diffuse, they can have a greater or lesser impact on the form, just as a man's memories have an impact on his development, his personality and his well-being.
The vase has two sides, one with three stamps and the other with four stamps, each side offering different experiences.
